My primary fields of interest are Ecophysiology, Biophysical modelling, and Conservation Biology. I use field, lab, and computer modelling techniques to understand how and why animals have adapted in certain ways to their climate and provide pragmatic solutions to conserve species and ecosystems. My research findings and tools I have developed are currently being used in conservation planning and management in Australia. I have worked with bats in the past, but I am open (and like) to work with other animals too!
