I am interested in understanding how Sri Lankan forest ecosystems and plant species respond to changing climates. I am also involved in projects on the ecological restoration of degraded landscapes. In addition, my research interests extend to studying the distribution and identifying the impacts of invasive alien plant species in Sri Lanka.
